Dropped off the factory manual, and a printout of some choice posts from the GTX forums. The service writer, the actual tech, and I went over the original assessment, and deceided that replacing the rear brake pads was the most important thing at this time.
Told them to price up that pad replacement/disk refinish.
Also, wanted them to look further into the SW Center Diff Lock button. Now that they have the manual, this should be easier to diagnose.
